Mental Health First Aid Tasmania Launceston Hobart

From Experience, we can change the workplace from the inside out.

Navigating the mental health space can be a daunting and overwhelming task for employers. From Experience aims to distill the vast array of information out there to be industry applicable and suitable to each employer’s situation or challenges, ensuring you’re able to maintain and improve your retention rates while attracting great people to your workplace and specific industry.

We equip businesses owners with tools they need to help identify mental illness in the workplace, understand it from a psychological perspective and provide guidance on how to offer the right support. With the ability to identify issues, maintain and improve mental health within your workplaces, the goal is to have a more cohesive team, happier, healthier staff; and less stress to you to be able to successfully run your business at its optimum.

Whilst tailored and targeted to the hospitality and tourism industry; the education, awareness and case studies From Experience can provide are applicable to any workplace across any industry.

We approached Bianca to tailor a presentation to our support staff and practitioners. We pride ourselves on our team’s inclusive culture and agreed internally that the next step was to start exploring mental health in our profession. We all learnt some important tools for developing a mentally healthy workplace and look forward to our next interactions with Bianca as we continue to empower our team in this space.
